Challenge: A self-paced interactive learning program was required by BPL Plasma, a pharmaceutical giant based in the USA. They wanted to train their new joiners everything about the Company Profile, SOPs, Ethics and Culture.
How we solved: Our team created an interactive learning course built on format of a realistic experience, in the matter of look-and-feel and representation of the skills. There was a profound use of visual elements which in fact acted on the learner’s impression and learning faculties. Along with that, activities and simulations of the real scenarios and work procedures gave the learners a first-hand experience of their jobs.
