Challenge: : ITC's Wills Lifestyle presents a premium fashion wardrobe for men and women. They needed a solution to train their Customer Associates (CAs) on their selling skills as well as become more effective and efficient in managing customer queries productively.
How we solved: AmazAntz analyzed the learning need of the CAs; understood their profile; accordingly structured generic as well as ITC-specific content deliverables coherently. Then using our SIMPLE learning methodology we design and developed the e-learning training solutions for ITC Wills Lifestyle. To make the content contextual and absorbing, we used category and organization-specific scenarios and our strong experience in rich media content development.
